Martin Nugent – Head of Strength & Conditioning
One of the UK’s leading S&C coaches. PhD student under the guidance of industry expert John Kiely, researching how lower limb asymmetry effects speed and acceleration within elite performance. 17 years of employment within professional sport, including National Governing Bodies such as the English Institute of Sport, Universities, Colleges and within the private sector. Martin enjoys walking his dogs on Northumberland’s beaches and searching for country pubs with open fires. He still plays Sunday football at the tender age of 37, and has grew up playing football for the likes of Newcastle and clubs within the Northern League.
