Toby Frost (he/him)

Toby Frost – Remote & Drop-in Strength & Conditioning Coach

A strength and conditioning coach and graduate from the University of Birmingham and Middlesex University London. During Toby’s master’s degree he became specifically interested in lower limb asymmetries and the effect asymmetries may have on performance outcomes and variables. His passion for this drove his research topic during his postgraduate degree where he looked into seasonal variation and longitudinal associations between jump asymmetries, speed and change of direction speed in professional cricket players. Outside of work Toby is a passionate sports fan and a big West Bromwich Albion supporter. He’s a keen runner and enjoys competing in marathons and half marathons and when he has the chance he loves to go travelling and experience new cultures!

Toby was headhunted by Leicester City F.C. and is now our remote coach via our MN Elite phone app. Toby will be dropping in to our facility from time to time to coach with us.
